Dan Du Vall has been a realtor for over nine years. He has work for Century 21 and now is an agent with Independence Realty professionals, Inc.
He has sold and listed a verity of properties as Custom Homes, Horse Properties, Single Family, Condominiums, Resale and New Built homes. Homes built by the local Homebuilders as D-R-Horton, Pulte, Maracay, Brown Family and others. He also has sold Land and Manufactured homes.
Dan has a 20 year background in the home building industry and knows quality. He is also a Certified Residential Appraiser and retains his license because it gives him continuing education in what is taking place in the market.
Dan is a member of the City of Chandler Chamber of Commerce and is active in community affairs. He is a member of Faith Family Church that is in the process of building a new facility that will accommodate over 500 attendees.
Dan married his high school sweetheart, Sharell, and has two married sons and two grandchildren.
He has been a resident of Arizona since 1963. He is a graduate of Tempe High School and has attended both Mesa Community College and Maricopa Technical College.
